Kasi AS er et norsk selskap som utvikler læringsverktøy for medisinstudenter og annet helsepersonell. Vi tar personvern på alvor og følger norsk lovgivning samt EUs personvernforordning (GDPR).

2. Oppsummering av personvern

Når du bruker Kasi-appen eller vår nettside, samler vi inn:

• Navn og e-postadresse – via innlogging med Apple ID eller Google. Du kan velge anonym innlogging dersom du ikke ønsker å oppgi disse.
• Oppsummering – funksjoner brukt og tid brukt i appen, for å forbedre brukeropplevelsen.

Når du besøker www.kasiapp.no, samler vi inn:

• Analyse og brukeradferd – via Firebase Analytics.
• Tilgang til bildebibliotek eller enhetslagring - kun for opplasting av profilbilde.

3. Dine rettigheter

I henhold til GDPR har du rett til:

• Innsyn i hvilke opplysninger vi har om deg.
• Retting eller sletting av data.
• Å protestere mot eller be om begrensning av behandling.
• Å trekke tilbake samtykke.

4. Lagring og sikkerhet

Vi lagrer personopplysningene dine i Firebase, som er en sikker skytjeneste levert av Google. Dataene dine beskyttes blant annet med tofaktorautentisering (2FA) og andre sikkerhetstiltak som hindrer uautorisert tilgang.

Så lenge du har en aktiv brukerkonto hos oss, lagres informasjon som navn, e-post, profilbilde og kjøpshistorikk.

Dersom du velger å slette kontoen din, vil all personlig informasjon som kan knyttes til deg bli slettet. Denne slettingen skjer først midlertidig – og dataene lagres i inntil 180 dager før de fjernes permanent. Dette gir oss mulighet til å gjenopprette kontoen dersom slettingen skjedde ved en feil.

Bruksdata som er anonymisert (dvs. ikke kan knyttes til deg som person) vil beholdes for å hjelpe oss med å forbedre appen og forstå bruksmønstre.

5. Betaling og abonnement

5.1 Abonnementstjenester

Kasi tilbyr et automatisk fornybart abonnement kalt:

• “Kasi Premium” – gir tilgang til utvidede funksjoner og læringsinnhold, samt tidlig tilgang til nye funksjoner som lanseres.
• Pris: 189 per år.
• Varighet: Årlig med automatisk fornyelse.

5.2 Fakturering og automatisk fornyelse

• Betaling belastes din Apple- eller Google-konto ved bekreftelse av kjøp.
• Abonnementet fornyes automatisk med mindre det avsluttes minst 24 timer før perioden utløper.
• Kontoen din belastes for ny periode innen 24 timer før den gjeldende perioden utløper.
• Du kan motta varsling om prisendringer før neste fakturering.

5.3 Administrasjon av abonnement

• Du kan når som helst endre eller kansellere abonnementet via App Store- og Play Store-innstillingene, på din telefon eller i Kasi-appen/www.kasiapp.no.
• Det gis ikke refusjon for ubrukte deler av abonnementet.
• Ved kansellering vil du fortsatt ha tilgang ut inneværende faktureringsperiode.

5.4 Prisendringer

Prisene kan endres. Du vil bli varslet på forhånd. Ved uenighet kan du si opp før neste periode starter.

6 Endringer i erklæringen

Vi forbeholder oss retten til å oppdatere denne erklæringen. Ved vesentlige endringer vil vi varsle deg i appen eller på e-post.

7. Immaterielle rettigheter

Alt innhold og materiale i Kasi er Kasi AS sin eiendom.
Du har tillatelse til å:

• Bruke appen til personlig eller profesjonell læring.
  Du har ikke tillatelse til å:
• Selge, distribuere eller endre noe innhold uten skriftlig godkjenning fra Kasi AS.

8. Bruk av plattformen

Kasi er kun ment for pedagogisk bruk. Ved å bruke appen bekrefter du:

• At du er over 18 år, eller har lovlig rett til å bruke tjenesten.
• At du ikke vil bruke appen til å distribuere skadelig, støtende eller ulovlig innhold.
• At du bruker Kasi på en etisk måte og i tråd med gjeldende lovgivning.

• Analytics and user behavior – via Firebase Analytics.
• Access to photo library or device storage - used only for uploading a profile picture.

Under the GDPR, you have the rights to:

• Access the data we store about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or request limitation of processing.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Data Storage and Security

We store your personal data in Firebase, a secure cloud service provided by Google. Your data is protected using security measures such as two-factor authentication (2FA) and access controls.

We retain personal information such as your name, email, profile picture, and purchase history for as long as your account is active.

If you choose to delete your account, all identifiable data will be deleted. This deletion is first temporary – data is stored for up to 180 days before being permanently removed. This grace period allows account recovery if deletion was accidental.

Anonymized usage data (which cannot be linked to you) will be retained to help us analyze and improve the service.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

5.1 Subscription Services

Kasi offers an auto-renewable subscription called:

• “Kasi Premium” – unlocks advanced features, premium content, and early access to new tools.
• Price: 189 NOK per year.
• Duration: Annual, with automatic renewal.

5.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You may receive notice of any price changes before your next billing cycle.

5.3 Managing Your Subscription

• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via App Store or Play Store settings, your device, the Kasi app, or www.kasiapp.no.
• No refunds are issued for unused time.
• After cancellation, premium access remains available until the end of the billing period.

5.4 Price Changes

Prices may change. You will be notified in advance. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel before the next billing period begins.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy. In the event of significant changes, you will be notified via the app or by email.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the Kasi platform are the property of Kasi AS.
You may:

• Use the app for personal or professional educational purposes.
  You may not:
• Sell, distribute, or modify any part of the app without written permission from Kasi AS.
